Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Please look through our FAQ if you can find the answer to your question. If you cannot find a solution to your problem, you may contact us (click the Help button down to the right), and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Payment

  • What payment methods does ARK accept?

    We accept credit cards VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Other payment methods may also be available, depending on your location.

  • Why was my credit card payment declined?

    Possible reasons could be that your bank didn’t authorize the 3D Secure transaction, the card security check failed, or the payment exceeded your credit card limit. Due to security limitations, we cannot tell why the system declined a payment.

    Contact your bank if you need further assistance.

  • In what currency is the payment processed?

    Payments are in the currency shown during checkout.

    We show prices and process the payment in your local currency for many countries. If you haven’t already chosen your country (available in the website footer), the prices may update after entering your shipping address during checkout. The prices and payments are in SEK (Swedish krona) for all other countries.

  • Do you charge VAT or taxes on my order?

    European Union (EU):
    Product prices and costs include local VAT for destinations in the European Union. You can see the specific amount during checkout.

    Rest of the world:
    We add no VAT or tax to product prices and costs for destinations outside the European Union. Local import tax, duties, and fees may add upon delivery for shipments outside the European Union.

Shipping

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we do!

    Shipping costs are shown during checkout after you enter your shipping address. Depending on your location and order value, we offer free shipping.

    Sweden:
    Free shipping is available on orders from 500 SEK.

    European Union:
    Free shipping is available on orders from 1000 SEK (or an equivalent value in your local currency).

    Rest of the world:
    Free shipping is available on orders from 1350 SEK (or an equivalent value in your local currency).

  • When does my order arrive?

    We always try to ship your order within one business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

    Shipments are fulfilled by DHL Express (within Sweden) and by FedEx (international orders). Delivery times:

    Sweden: 1–2 days
    Europe: 3–5 days
    Rest of the word: 5–7 days

  • Where is my tracking number?

    Unfortunately, we don’t have tracking numbers available yet. If your order doesn’t show up within the expected period, don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns

  • Can I return a product?

    Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have the right to return the products, given the products are unused and in original condition. You pay for the return shipping, and Yonk Sports AB will not refund any shipment or payment costs.

    Some products are exempt from the right to return products within 14 days.

  • Can I return a Re:mARK wetsuit?

    All Re:mARK sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.

    To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receiving your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure we send out your replacement. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the total purchase price.

  • My product was faulty, what do I do?

    In case of a quality claim due to a faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund your payment, including shipping costs. Please contact us before you return the faulty product.

Products

  • Is there a product warranty?

    Our products have a general warranty of 12 months against production or material faults, if not otherwise stated in the product description. It would help to keep the receipt/delivery note during the warranty period.

    In the case of a quality claim, contact us as soon as possible to issue a complaint. We will replace the product free of charge or refund your payment, including shipping costs.
