Refund policy

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have the right to return the products, given the products are unused and in original condition. You pay for the return shipping, and Yonk Sports AB will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to a faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund your payment, including shipping costs. Please contact us before you return the faulty product.

Re:mARK returns:
All Re:mARK sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receiving your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure we send out your replacement. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the total purchase price.
