The ARK POLARK™ Swimrun Suit is built for the days when the water gets colder, the swims get longer and staying warm changes everything.

At the heart of POLARK™ is a soft brushed thermal fleece lining, strategically placed where warmth matters most: across the chest, back, seat and back of the thighs.

But we deliberately left the front of the thighs free from thermal fleece. In swimrun, warmth can’t come at the expense of movement. Keeping this area lighter and more flexible reduces restriction through the running stride and allows the legs to move more naturally on land.

And we wanted to know what it could really handle.

During One Water Race, we put POLARK™ through one of the toughest tests we could imagine. One of our swims lasted almost three continuous hours in water averaging around 17°C.

We came out of the water still warm.

That was a big moment for us. POLARK™ did exactly what we designed it to do: retain body heat through prolonged exposure to cold water while still allowing us to run efficiently once we reached land.

The suit is the foundation of the complete POLARK™ cold-water system and can be combined with POLARK Arm Sleeves, Leg Sleeves, Hood, Gloves and Socks to adapt your thermal protection to the conditions.
